THE TEAM

One Mountain, Two Countries, One Team

It all began in Tibet, with a group of dedicated individuals who cared deeply for the Mountain. By joining forces, they successfully co-created a waste management system that, later on, inspired communities on the Nepalese side of Everest.

Together, we now form the Clean Everest 360° initiative:

One Mountain. Two Countries. One Team.

The project is overseen by an Advisory Board, composed of 12 members: 6 representatives from China and 6 from Nepal.

The Board supervises the Executive Team responsible for project implementation and provides strategic oversight throughout the projects, including from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.

Each project is supported by local partners with expertise in their respective fields. These partners coordinate on the ground with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective implementation, local engagement, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
